INSTITUTO DE BIOMECANICA DE VALENCIA

CARING FOR PEOPLE
The Institute of Biomechanics (IBV) is a technological center that studies the behavior of the human body and its relationship with the products and environments.

The ability to process a dynamic 3D scan of the human body is essential to obtain accurate metrics and “clean” and complete models to facilitate research activities, and perform virtual simulations of human movement in dynamic environments. The automatic processing of markerless human 3D scans in non-standard poses is a key value in biomechanics research.
