Welcome Cocktail

ESMAC 2024 Welcome Cocktail will be hosted by the Oslo City Council in the Town Hall, which is also the location for the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony each year.

Invitation to the Oslo City Hall was sent to all registered participants by the Meeting Secretariat. Please present this Invitation onsite upon arrival to the City Hall to be allowed entry, security measures apply.

Doors open at 17:30, please come early due to the security checks. Please present your invitation at the entrance.
If possible, avoid big packs and backpacks. The use of wardrobe is required.
